Grease traps installed improperly may allow for fats, oils and grease (FOG) to escape into the sewer system, which could cause a clogged pipe. With strict grease trap regulations in place, it is important to consult an expert to select the correct grease trap for your usage needs, avoid any shutdowns or accrue any fines.

All municipalities enforce regulations on restaurants or a food service establishment to install and maintenance their grease traps, including the disposal of their used cooking oil (UCO), to ensure that these FOGs do not make into the sewer system. These regulations can differ between municipalities, and the size and type of grease trap your business needs to stay within these guidelines may also vary. Hydromax Plumbing is experienced and efficient at installing grease traps for food service establishments. Call 812-925-3930 or Contact Us to schedule an installation or request a free estimate.
