Grout Injection
Grout injection is used to fill in gaps, cracks, spaces, and joints between new and old pipe and is used in conjunction of a pipe repair. It is used to stop leaks, stabilize soil, and control groundwater in municipal and industrial applications.
Specialty Coatings
A specialty coating protects pipes from further deterioration with concrete and/or metallic coating solutions. The specialized grout material is filled under pressure. When that pressure is applied, the injection ports force the material into the voids and force out the groundwater, which assists in stabilizing the surrounding soils and preventing water seepage.
Applications for Injection Grouting
Although injection grouting is not a structural repair, it is an effective water-stop for precast manholes and damaged sewer pipes.
